$3,250,000 Settlement – Commercial Vehicle Collision

Shiver Hamilton Campbell represented a married couple who sustained serious injuries in a wreck in Talbott County, Georgia. Our clients were stopped at a stop sign when an employee of a sign company, who was operating a Ford F450 truck and pulling a 21-foot improperly loaded trailer, lost control of the trailer while navigating a turn.

The trailer’s load, which was not properly secured, came loose and struck the front driver’s side of our clients’ stopped vehicle. The force of the impact spun our client’s vehicle around and off the road. Shortly after we filed a lawsuit against the driver and his employer, the case settled for $3,250,000.
