1,000,000 Settlement – Negligent Security / Wrongful Death

Shiver Hamilton Campbell’s client, a fifteen-year-old girl, was fatally shot and killed while outside of an apartment complex in South Atlanta. Her family was able to recover a $1,000,000 settlement against the property management company due to a lack of security at the complex.
