$750,000 Jury Verdict – Auto Accident

In February, 2018 Shiver Hamilton Campbell obtained a $750,000 jury verdict in Fulton County for a client who suffered non-operative back injuries resulting in roughly $130,000 in medical expenses. The defendant’s insurance company denied fault for the wreck and contended our client was not injured or if he was maintained his injuries were minor and that the care obtained was unrelated or unnecessary. The highest offer by the insurance company prior to trial was $100,000. The verdict was paid in full.
