Drawing on more than a decade of experience litigating high-stakes, complex matters, she brings a strategic, client-centered approach to every case. Before joining the firm, Emily practiced at an Am Law 100 international law firm, handling high-stakes products liability litigation involving FDA-regulated medical devices and pharmaceuticals as well as providing regulatory counseling and risk assessments for Fortune 500 clients. She also served as interim corporate counsel in a secondment capacity for a Fortune 100 global technology company, advising on regulatory compliance, consumer safety, and international product launches. Emily is barred in Georgia and Florida, and is admitted to practice in multiple federal courts.
