$1,400,000 Settlement – Apartment Complex Shooting

An unknown assailant shot two men at an Atlanta area apartment complex. One man was killed and the other received minor injuries. Shiver Hamilton Campbell filed suit against the apartment complex alleging that it did not have enough security measures in place to prevent the shooting. Once our firm was able to prove the complex lacked adequate security and the case settled for $1,400,000.
