$750,000 Settlement – Security Negligence

Our client suffered from a neurological degenerative disease and ALS, which caused her to have limited motor functions. Another resident of the home care facility, who had severe mental health issues, entered our client’s room unsupervised. He placed his hands around her neck and strangled her for 3 minutes until she passed away. The plaintiff was unable to move her hands or call out for help due to her illnesses.
