$3,500,000 Settlement – Commercial Vehicle Collision

Shiver Hamilton Campbell’s client was making a right-hand turn at an intersection when a tractor trailer driver ran the red light at the same intersection and struck our client’s vehicle, pushing it into the guard rail. After crushing the front driver’s side of our client’s truck, the tractor trailer driver fled the scene. According to eyewitnesses, not only did he run the red light at the subject intersection causing the collision with our client, but he also ran the red light at the next intersection. Defendant continued to deny that he was in the area at the time of the collision, but we were able to uncover evidence to prove otherwise. Our client sustained serious neck, shoulder, and hip pain from the wreck.
