$2,625,000 Settlement – Commercial Vehicle Collision

Shiver Hamilton Campbell’s client and her minor child were injured when a distracted driver failed to yield while operating a commercial vehicle that provided transportation services to and from the airport. In Georgia, a plaintiff must prove that the owner had actual knowledge of the driver’s dangerous driving propensities.
