$1,300,000 SETTLEMENT- MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT INVOLVING VEHICLE
Defendant was traveling northbound on a road in Clayton County, Georgia when, suddenly and without warning, she turned left into our client’s path of travel and caused a collision with Plaintiff throwing him off his motorcycle. Our client was transferred to the hospital via ambulance, where they later discovered a severely dislocated shoulder, injured rotator cuff, and shattered wrist that required surgery and a seven-day hospital stay. The insurance company agreed to settle by paying its limits of $1,300,000.00 and avoiding trial.
