$1,000,000 Settlement – Motor Vehicle Collision Involving a Tractor Trailer
Our client was headed on a work errand to Home Depot in Roswell, Georgia, when a loaded tractor-trailer rear-ended him at a light. When our Firm got involved, the trucking company and insurance company were denying responsibility, claiming our client had pulled abruptly in front of the truck approaching the red light.
